Definitions
“Course” means the Block Editor Basics video training content.
“You” means the individual accessing or using the course or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the course, as applicable.
“The Company” and “We” means Delarge Ltd.
”Subscription” means the amount paid by You for provision of the Course for the specified period of time.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and will display the revised Terms and Conditions here.
Satisfaction
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions or issues just email us at contact@blockeditorbasics.com. A refund of your subscription may be made within 14 days of purchase and on receipt of your legal undertaking to delete the course.
Grant of license
Upon purchasing a Subscription for the Course You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Course only in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
You may:
- Use the Course and Course content within your own organisation for staff training purposes
- Upload the Course content to your own website available only to your own clients (i.e. behind password protection), employees or staff under your control
- Distribute Course content via email to your own clients, employees or staff under your control
- Edit the Course content to reflect your own company / branding
- Edit video clips
You may not:
- Resell any Course content
- Make any Course content publicly available ( e.g. upload to YouTube or any public media) even after editing nor use password protection nor ‘secret’ links for its distribution
Termination and disputes resolution
We may terminate or suspend Your use of the Course immediately without prior notice or liability if You breach these terms and conditions. If You wish to terminate You may simply discontinue using the Course. In either case, no refund of your full or part Subscription shall be due.
Limitation of Liability
The entire liability of the Company and your exclusive remedy shall be limited to the Subscription amount actually paid by you.
Subscription and payment management
We use Lemon Squeezy for subscription management. Please read their terms and conditions which apply to your Subscription and payment.Confidentiality
We will not sell, share, nor rent your personal information to any third party. Any emails sent to You by the Company will only be in connection with the provision of the Course.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to access or use the Course after such revisions come into effect You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Course are subject to the laws of England and Wales.
